½ pound of pork sausage (no casing)
3/4 cup of onions chopped
3/4 cup of celery chopped
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
½ tsp of poultry seasoning
1 tsp of thyme
½ tsp of salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp of celery seed
½ cup of chicken broth
1.
Brown sausage in a medium-high large pan.

Once sausage is browned turn down heat to medium
and add onions, celery and butter.
3.
Cook for about 10 minutes until celery and onions
are soft.
4.
Add poultry seasoning, thyme, salt, pepper, celery
seed and both.
5.
Heat through and then pour mixture over bread
cubes in a large bowl.
6.
Stir and then stuff in turkey OR place in a baking
dish and cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
