Greek Salad Dressing

1 garlic clove finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp of oregano
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
¼ cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

1.     Whisk all the ingredients together

2.    Let refrigerate for 2 hours before using
