Honey Cranberry Sauce

3 cups of fresh cranberries
¾ cup of water
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of sugar
1 tsp of orange zest
1/8 tsp of ground cloves


1.     On medium heat mix all ingredients in a sauce pan.

2.    Cook and stir for 5-10 minutes.  As mixture thickens reduce heat to medium low and keep stir until it almost like jam, about another 5-10 minutes.

3.    Remove from heat and let cool.

4.    Refrigerate until ready to consume!
