Apple Curry BBQ's Pork Chops

Marinade

¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp of curry paste (we use Patak’s Mild Curry Paste)


1 lb of boneless pork chops or loins

1.     Mix applesauce and curry paste together and slather on pork.

2.    Marinade them for 2-24 hours.

3.    Preheat BBQ on high heat

4.    Reduce heat to medium high.

5.    Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side depending on thickness.

6.    Make sure that chops are no longer pink and that juices run clear.

7.    Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving
