2 lbs of stew beef
1 cup of broth (beef or veggie)
½ small onion chopped
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of oil

Preheat oil in large pan on medium-high.

Toss beef in flour and brown in hot pan on all
sizes.
3.
Place onions on the bottom of the Crockpot
4.
Put browned beef and berbere spice in Crockpot
with broth.
5.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6
hours.
