1 can of evaporated milk
4 oz of cream cheese

Place chicken thighs or ground chicken in Crockpot

Sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning

Pour water into Crockpot
4.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours

1 hour before serving stir in cream cheese and evaporated
milk
6.
Serve on rice or pasta with your favorite
vegetable.
