2 pound of ground turkey
2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of curry powder
1 egg
2 tbsp of bread crumbs
1. Mix
ingredients together
2. Preheat
BBQ on high heat
3. BBQ
for 7-8 minutes a side on medium high heat. Make sure that they are cooked through;
no longer pink and juices run clear.
4. Let
sit for 5 minutes before serving
5. Serve
with pitas or buns with tzatziki, cucumbers and lettuce.
